Our objective is to apply for, file and deliver to you your formed LLC paperwork as efficiently as possible. Helping you to know your application and paperwork are being processed correctly and in a timely manner.

Dealing with a Secretary of State and the IRS can be confusing, time consuming and at times even stressful. We take the guesswork out of the paperwork and help assure that your application is complete and filed correctly.
  • »  Filing Assistance will process your application and paperwork with your selected Secretary of State on your behalf.
  • »  Filing Assistance is not responsible for the verification and/or accuracy of the information provided on submitted applications.
  • »  In most cases, applications are processed within 1 to 3 business days (typically within a few hours if the application is submitted during regular business hours).
  • »  Filing Assistance charges a one time service fee for the State LLC Secretary of State application filing plus any state fee. (State fees vary state to state)
  • »  Our Service fee is $129. There’re no additional fees. This is a one time, flat rate.
  • »  If you request Filing Assistance to obtain an EIN on your behalf for your LLC we charge a one time $59 service fee for the application processing and delivery of your LLC Federal Tax ID number. The Internal Revenue Service does not charge any fee to obtain and EIN.
  • »  Any refund request (cancel the order) made prior to the application being processed shall be refunded the full amount of the service fee.
  • »  Any refund request (cancel the order) made after the application process has begun will not be eligible for a full refund. The service fee will be refunded minus a 20% processing fee.
  • »  If for any reason Filing Assistance is unable to complete its services on your behalf (reference 101 errors not included), we will refund the full amount of the service fee.
  • »  If an EIN Application results in a Reference 101 error and a completed SS-4 Form has been delivered to the customer and then the customer requests a refund, the customer will not be eligible for a full refund. The customer will be eligible for a refund of the service fee minus a $15.00 processing fee.
  • »  For a refund (cancel the order), customers must submit their refund request to support@filingassistance.com or via our contact form found at Contact Us Here.
  • »  Refunds are processed as quickly as possible.
  • » The refund request should include at least one of the following:
    • >  The name used on the application
    • >  The email address used on the application
    • >  The transaction ID provided on your order receipt that was emailed
    • >  If the above are not available, don’t worry, we will work with you to locate your order
