The information that we retain are; Statement of Organizer, Articles of Organization, any Incorporation Paperwork and if EIN services are supplied a copy of IRS Form SS-4 authorizing Filing Assistance to apply for and receive an EIN on the customers behalf, and the issued EIN. All of this documentation are securely stored on file for as long as needed to comply with applicable state and federal laws. We do not store payment information. Your payment information is kept by our payment processors for as long as our payment processor requires in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.
